How to take photos to identify your spare part?

In order to precisely identify the spare part you require, we need you to upload 3 types of photos.
The photos can even be in medium resolution. The important thing is that they are “in focus”.

1. Overall photo of the shower
This photo will allow us to identify the model of the shower enclosure in your possession, in order to identify the exact spare part.

2. Photo of the area of the shower where the part to be replaced is located
This photo will allow us to identify the area of the shower where the part to be replaced is located.

3. Photo of the part to be replaced
This photo will allow us to uniquely identify the requested replacement part.

A. For the details: blocks, hinges, SMF, etc.

B. For the gaskets: take photos of the cross-section.

C. For the wheels: take photos from the front and from above

Where can I find the warranty certificate?

The Warranty certificate is contained within an orange envelope (customer kit), which you will find inside your shower enclosure's packaging. It also contains the barcode used to uniquely identify your shower enclosure.

This code does not have to be entered to complete your purchase, but it is highly recommended, as it will ensure that your shower enclosure and the requested spare part are identified without any errors.
